There was a power failure at the MTR Station on 21st October. Some commuters felt angry with the arrangements because the stations are excursive.
Despite the fact that this accident happened very suddenly, the MTR company should have had a scheme to deal with it. Some of the commuters took nearly 45 minutes to wait for the shuttle buses and even they didn’t know where to queue for them. As a result, the MTR company should put up more signs to show the people where they can take the buses. Also, they can suggest them taking other transports/
Moreover, the MTR company should train their staff to handle this type of incident. Had their staff controlled the situation, the MTR stations would not have been excursive.
I hope this poor arrangements will not happen again. Also, it’s essential for them to have improvement immediately.
